Workout, July 26th
Pause Bench - 3 or so second pause. triples and singles all the way up. Working hard on keeping my ass down. Did some sets and reps at 225 with a foam roller under my lower back to help with flexibility.
DB incline presses … figured out just how far behind my left arm is. My tricep still hurts a bit … but press on, presser.
Dips, weighted and unweighted
Some sort of chest flies on the oly rings … really activated the core for the squat rack.
Had the best post workout meal ever. inquire if you want details, as I’m not a food posting faggot. Went to work unloading trucks for 9 hours. I’ll deadlift today (27th) … so, in short - Over training is a weak ass excuse for the most part. Listen to Mark Bell.
