I worked up to some moderately heavy front squat singles yesterday. did some quick assistance. Played a show. Got cock-blocked by a good friend. drank a bit. did some drunk texting. It was an alright night. It just hit me. I improved so vastly in 2012, inside and out. Really grew as a person, and physically as well. I’m scared this year won’t bring about as significant of a change.
